Andrew McCann is a multi-instrumentalist, composer, songwriter, teacher and performer who graduated from Berklee College of Music. His musical journey began at the age of 6 when he first began learning guitar. In his 20 years of playing he has studied jazz, rock, funk and classical music. Andrew has gone on several North American tours playing both guitar and bass and also writes and records music in his spare time. Andrew has taught many different students of various ages and abilities over the past 5 years. While living in New Orleans, he taught guitar, bass, drums and piano in both a one on one setting, and group settings. He also taught jazz bands, rock bands, pop bands, music theory, jazz composition, classical composition and more. Andrew takes a great deal of pride in being a patient teacher and being able to share his love of music with students of all ages and walks of life. His main priority when teaching is to make sure his students are learning and having fun!
