Trent Dahlin began his musical journey at 13, after discovering a passion for piano and singing. He fostered these loves by accompanying church services and exploring musical theatre tunes with friends. Pursuing an interest in the performing arts led to a BFA in Musical Theatre from Southern Utah University. There, opportunities arose in accompaniment for theatre productions as well as in composing and music directing.

Over the years, Trent has worked in various roles in the theatre, music, and education scenes. With experience as a collaborative pianist and music director, Trent has contributed to musical theatre productions at well-respected venues such as the Lyric Repertory Theatre and the Tony-winning Utah Shakespeare Festival.

On the educational front, Trent has taught choir classes for 6th, 7th, and 8th graders at Mt. Logan Middle School, served as an Assistant Show Director for School of Rock, and worked as an Adjunct Professor of Voice at Southern Utah University. Trent has instructed students of many ages, ranging from 3 to 50, preparing them for a variety of musical endeavors. Some of Trent's students have gone on to be professional actors, singers, and musicians.
