Group Guitar 101
August 3-7, 9:30am-12:30pm (Ages 7-11)
Students will learn about the connection between body movement and vocal development, discover helpful tips for clear speech and pronunciation, and dIntroduce your child to the exciting world of guitar in this fun and engaging group class designed for absolute beginners ages 7–11. Students will learn the fundamentals of guitar playing, including the names of the strings, proper guitar and pick technique, simple chords, rhythm, and how to use a tuner and metronome. Throughout the course, children will build critical listening skills while exploring essential musical concepts such as chords, rhythm, and key. By the end of the class, students will perform a song and a guitar solo that incorporates everything they have learned, all while enjoying the experience of making music alongside their peers. Group Piano 101
July 21-25, 9:30am-12:30pm (Ages 7-11)
Join us for a fun and engaging Group Piano Class designed specifically for absolute beginners ages 7–11. Students will be introduced to the fundamentals of piano playing, including reading music in both the treble and bass clefs, understanding basic rhythm and note values, and developing proper piano technique through five-finger patterns, scales, and chords. Throughout the course, students will learn the C Major and G Major scales, explore major and minor chords, begin improvising in the key of C Major, and learn six to seven simple piano pieces. This small-group class provides a supportive and encouraging environment where young musicians can build confidence, develop foundational skills, and discover the joy of making music. Enrollment is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Song Writing and Music Production
July 27-31 (Ages 12-18)
Students will learn the components and process of music production while creating their own song in Ableton Live. Students will touch base on basic chords, scales, and song form while also learning how to record, mix, and produce in Ableton Live.
No prior experience is needed—just a passion for music and a desire to create something original from the ground up.
At the end of the session, students will have the opportunity to showcase their work with family and friends!
