Lauren Seo - Music Educator at Keys To Success
Lauren Seo is a violinist and dedicated teacher currently earning her Master of Music degree at the Mannes School of Music, where she also completed her Bachelor’s in Violin Performance. She performs regularly with the Mannes Orchestra in major New York City venues such as Alice Tully Hall and New York City Center, and previously played with the New York Youth Symphony, performing at Carnegie Hall throughout every concert cycle.
Lauren began music at a very young age, learning both piano and violin from her mother, who was a piano teacher. Growing up in a teaching atmosphere helped her develop an early understanding of how children learn and how to create a safe and encouraging lesson environment.
She has taught private violin lessons since high school and recently joined a music school in Bath Beach, Brooklyn where she teaches students ranging from 3-16 years old. Her teaching style is patient, nurturing, and highly technique‑focused. She believes in building strong fundamentals, curiosity within the work she teaches, and fostering mindful practice habits at a young age. The detailed approach she brings to her own practice naturally shapes the way she guides her students, helping them grow efficiently with confidence.
