With over 15 years of teaching experience, Adriana Zito is dedicated to helping people feel stronger, more grounded, and more connected to their bodies. A certified 200-hour yoga instructor with additional training in Yin yoga, Adriana believes movement is essential every day—whether she’s flowing through her morning practice, sharpening her boxing skills, or helping her son perfect his Tae Kwon Do kicks

David creates music that combines synthesizers and ambient textures combined with the warmth of cello to create music that is both subdued and calming.  His music is available on all streaming platforms, Sirius Spa Radio, and  has been featured in meditations on The Daily Ohm, The Stillness Collective, and Jared Boyd's 'Imaginative Prayer' series.
