Evan Lytle is a guitarist and bass guitarist who began his musical education at eight years old in his hometown of Los Angeles, California.

Since then, he has played internationally with musical projects of various genres, including three performances at the South By Southwest in Austin; tours in the U.K., Europe, and Japan; and many concerts all across North America.

Evan studied music privately throughout high school while consistently gigging in Southern California. He then auditioned for and enrolled at Cal Poly Pomona for two years of Classical and Jazz Guitar study. There, he discovered a real love for the discipline and beauty of Classical Guitar, which led him to transfer to SUNY Purchase. He would go on to earn his Bachelor's in Classical Guitar from their Conservatory of Music in 2023.

Evan has been teaching guitar, bass guitar, piano, and ukulele for all age levels since 2021. He has helped prepare students for solo and group performances at a wide range of venues, from small bars and clubs around New York City to large performance halls like the Kennedy Center and the Toulouse Theatre in New Orleans. He has prepared students for high school-level jazz band auditions and college entrance auditions.

Evan continues to teach at schools in Brooklyn, all the while recording original music and playing shows with multiple musical groups. Through the opportunities music has provided him, he hopes to continue to teaching and traveling.
